The HORICON Invest founds itself from the real estate expert's assessment of long-standing and experienced partners in the real estate economy.
With a team from graduates in business management, real estate economists, lawyers and engaged network partners looks after the HORICON Invest for many years famous mandators who belong to the known and successful market participants in Germany.
Besides this, we work supporting with transactions (asset or share deals), in all areas of the DD phases and accompany institutional investors by the buying of portfolios, as well as by the sales by the structured bidder's procedure (SBV).
